This website is operated by Harshad Enterprises. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “company” and “the company” refer to Harshad EnterprisesHarshad Enterprises offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By applying for work with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before applying for work with us or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  1. Free registration: Registering with Harshad Enterprises. is totally free.
  2. No Investment: To get work assignments from Harshad Enterprises no investment is needed.
  3. No Commission means NO Cheap Business: Harshad Enterprises does not take any commission to give work assignments to its registered members.
  1. Duration: From the beginning to the end of the event on a single calendar day. Generally 14 to 15 hours depending upon the type of work assignment.
  2. For add on packages working for extra hours is also needed to be done by the member who has got the Master assignment.
  3. The member will be paid accordingly and for extra hours if any for his services by Harshad Enterprises.
  4. Quality of the work (photos/videos) provided by members MUST be the same as per the requirements of Harshad Enterprises.
  5. Harshad Enterprises holds the right (without stating any reason) to refuse partial/total payment if the quality of the work submitted by the member does not match with the PhotoJunction standards.
  6. Harshad Enterprises counts every registered member as an artist. Therefore it is the duty of the member to strive hard to match the expectations of our esteemed clients and Harshad Enterprises.
  1. A registered member can be sent up to 45 (Forty-five) km in any direction from his/her address for a work consignment.
  2. The member shall not be liable to get any Travel Allowance for the travel done by him/her for the assignment he/she got within the specified 45 km.
  1. It will be the duty of the registered member to shoot and record images and/or videos in a RAW format(s) specified by Harshad Enterprises.
  2. Also, it will be the part of the work assignment of the member to send the data to Harshad Enterprises by uploading it to servers of Harshad Enterprises or courier or personally to a PhotoJunction authorized person by means of a USB or memory card. It is mandatory for the member to send the data within a maximum of 03(THREE) days from the date of the assignment to Harshad Enterprises.
  3. An assignment is considered completed only after getting the RAW data & quality check of the same data submitted by the member. Any claims for payment will be executed only after that.
  4. A member MUST have to obtain permission from Harshad Enterprises to delete the original RAW data of his/her work assignment from his/her computer and/or personal storage.
  5. A member can delete the original RAW data of his/her work assignment from his/her computer and/or personal storage only after 200 (TWO HUNDRED) days from the date he/she has submitted the data to Harshad Enterprises.
  6. The member hereby agrees and guarantees that, in an unwanted event of loss of data or memory device or both during courier, data found to be corrupt or below the standards of quality or any other such thing within the limit of 200 (Two Hundred) days he/she will send the RAW data to Harshad Enterprises. whenever and whatever times it is asked at no extra cost.

Failure to do so can lead the member to permanent blacklisting from Harshad Enterprises. Also, payments for that particular assignment will be held partially/totally and/or recovered by cashing the security cheque submitted by the member to Harshad Enterprises.

  1. It is compulsory for the member to wear the T-shirt provided by Harshad Enterprises for a work assignment.
  2. Also, it is mandatory to carry an identity card provided by Harshad Enterprises for a work assignment.

The wages for the work assignment will be as mentioned and agreed upon in a written agreement between the registered member and the company.

  1. The member is liable to get payments for his/her services only after the successful reception of RAW data sent by him/her at Harshad Enterprises and after quality checking of the same.
  2. Harshad Enterprises will transfer payments only through RTGS/NEFT or Account Payee Check to the bank account provided by the member.

For the purpose of receiving the wages, the member agrees to share his/her bank account details along with IFSC; whenever asked by Harshad Enterprises.

  1. At any circumstances, a member will never get any payments in cash by Harshad Enterprises.
  2. The payments a member shall receive will be only after deduction of applicable taxes (TDS) by The Government of India for now and those of which will arise in the future.
  1. In any case, a member shall never share his/her pay scale with the co-workers with whom he /she is working for an assignment. Also, the member shall never share the same information with anyone from the client side at a work assignment.
  2. A member shall never initiate nor respond to the request from anyone from the client-side at a work assignment of sharing personal contact or any other such personal information which can directly or indirectly affect the business of Harshad Enterprises now or in the future.
  3. Breach of any of the above said terms can lead the member to immediate permanent blacklisting from Harshad Enterprises and/ or Legal action against him/her.

Harshad Enterprises takes all possible measures for the physical and mental security of the member at every work assignment he/she gets. It is also the duty of the member to be in a good manner and perform work in the utmost professionalism. Therefore the member shall never engage in any verbal or physical fight, shall not initiate or take part in any such activity with the client, anybody from client-side and/or co-workers.

  1. Based upon the work experience mentioned by the member in the application form, he/she agrees to be present at the interview upon his/her own cost.
  2. The member should be ready to give a practical test to judge his/her knowledge of camera manoeuvre and lighting sense.

At the time of the interview, the member MUST bring all the equipment (like a camera, lenses and other equipment) mentioned in the registration form along with their original bills.

For Photographers (Traditional or Candid)

To capture images and to send that RAW data to Harshad Enterprises the best USB drive (At least 64 GB USB 3.0) is needed. A member can go in two ways.

  1. Free Solutions:
  1.  Uploading the data at the servers of Harshad Enterprises through the internet or wifi.
  2. Using own USB drive (MUST be USB 3.0)
  1. Paid Solution: 

Harshad Enterprises will provide the member a USB 3.0; upon security deposit (Non-Refundable) of INR 1100/-(Rs. One Thousand and One Hundred Only).

For Videographers (Traditional or Cinematic)

To capture videos and to send that RAW data to Harshad Enterprises the best USB drive (At least 128 GB USB 3.0) is needed. A member can go in two ways.

  1. Free Solutions: 
  1. Uploading the data at the servers of Harshad Enterprises through the internet or wifi.
  2. Using own USB drive (MUST be USB 3.0)
  1. Paid Solution: 

Harshad Enterprises will provide me a memory card; upon security deposit (Non-Refundable) of INR 2100/-(Rs. Two Thousand One Hundred Only).

The member has to pay non-refundable agreement fees of Rs.800/- (Rs. Eight Hundred Only) for the work agreement. The agreement fees should be paid in cash at the time of the interview.
  1. The member MUST have to bring a blank cheque (without writing date and amount) at the time of the interview. The cheque should be duly signed in front of the executives of Harshad Enterprises at the time of the interview.
  2. The cheque provided by the member will be considered as his/her security deposit to Harshad Enterprises. The cheque cannot be stopped by the member for payment at any time.
  3. Harshad Enterprises will use, deposit and encash that cheque only in the case if the activity of the member has created a loss to the company by any means.
  1. The member can bring his/her assistants for the work assignment. But the part of payments and code of conduct by them will be the total responsibility of the member. 
  2.  Harshad Enterprises will not be liable for the losses (if any)  made by the assistants. 
  3. The members will be held liable for the losses (by any means) made by their assistants to the company and its customers. And compensation will be paid by the members in such cases.

The member hereby agrees to bring his/her work portfolio at the time of the interview. Also, he/she may be asked to submit his/her work portfolio(without the member’s personal branding)  electronically to Harshad Enterprises. 

  1. Submission of work portfolio to Harshad Enterprises means photographer and/or videographer holds all the necessary rights of the image/video and has the consent of all the models and/or people in it.
  2. The member hereby agrees and permits Harshad Enterprises to make use of his/her photographic and/or video graphic material submitted in the portfolio to Harshad Enterprises edited or unedited, in its print, digital, social, electronic, web or any other type of publicity with or without mentioning photographer’s and/or videographer’s credits.
  3. Also, he/she can not claim for any compensation viz. monetary, publicity and/or of any other type.
  4. The company can not be held responsible for copyright issues arising from its(photos/videos)  use by the company. It will be the sole responsibility of the member to resolve the issue. And the company will be kept aside from the matter.

[What is blacklisting? : In simple words, it means no more allotment of work assignments to the member and absolutely no chance of re-registration on Harshad Enterprises. The process of blacklisting is permanent.]

How can a member get blacklisted?

  1. Scenario 1: Due to his/her personal problem if a member is not able to execute the work allotted to him/her; It will be the duty of the member to inform Harshad Enterprises prior at least 03 (THREE) days or 72 (SEVENTY TWO) hours to be exact about his/her unavailability. But if the member accepts the assignment for now and refuses to work suddenly on the said date and time of assignment, Harshad Enterprises will bear the member-only for 1 time in such cases from the date of joining of the member. If the member commits the same thing for the 2nd time, he/she will be immediately and automatically blacklisted from Harshad Enterprises with absolutely no chance of working again with Harshad Enterprises.
  2. Scenario 2: Breach of the non-disclosure agreement and no contact rule.
  3. Scenario 3: Breach of code of conduct.
  4. Scenario 4: Any other loss to the name, goodwill, property, market value, finances of Harshad Enterprises.

This agreement has legal value and can be used for jurisdiction purposes.

The area of jurisdiction will be Pune, Maharashtra, India.

It is MANDATORY for the member to engage in a written agreement with the company in the case to receive work assignments. Without a written agreement, a member can not get any work assignment.
