It will be his/her responsibility to guide our crew through all the rituals and people to be clicked.
At any condition, WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for not having photo/video of particular moment, person and/or ritual.
It’s okay if your event is slightly extended. We got you covered.
Below are the guidelines for the grace period.
1.Wedding Gold /Platinum /Pre-wedding 2 / Pre Wedding 3
30 minutes maximum. Any minute more than that is chargeable.
2.Pre-wedding 1/ Engagement Photography/Birthday Photoshoot / Baby/Kid Photoshoot / Maternity photoshoot
15 minutes maximum. Any minute more than that is chargeable.
We are equally excited too. You look amazing in the photos. You are going to get the photos for selection only after 15 days from your date of the event.
You will get the access to our servers to download your all photos.
Hush! We are trying to deliver a masterpiece of art. You will get the album delivered within 10 working days once you approve it for printing.
For Wedding :
A pen-drive containing your video of the event will be delivered to you.
For any other package :
The video will be e-mailed to you or access to download the video from our servers will be granted to you.

To collect the album/video you have to come to our location. Details of the delivery time and place will be shared with you once we are ready with the final album/video.

If you wish to get an album/video couriered to your place, you will need to pay the shipping charges according to the courier company.
