Thank you for choosing PhotoJunction. We strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Services (Photography & Videography)

Deposits, Booking Fees and Advances

Any advances paid for booking are non-refundable.

All deposits, booking fees and advances for photography and videography services are non-refundable. This fee secures your date and covers initial planning and consultations.

Cancellations

IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Cancellations are time-bound and so are refunds.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds on the balance payment may be issued on a sliding scale based on the proximity to your event date:

    • 30 days or more before the event: 75% of the balance paid will be refunded.
    • 15-29 days before the event: 50% of the balance paid will be refunded.
    • 14 days or less before the event: No refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling

Act fast.

If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date without additional charges, provided we are available. If we are unavailable, the cancellation policy above will apply.

2. Digital Products (Photos & Videos)

Downloadble Content

No refund for downloaded digital products.

All sales of digital downloads are final due to the nature of the product. No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered and downloaded.

Defective or Incorrect Files

Inform us within 07 days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect digital file, please contact us within 07 days of receipt with the invoice. We will provide a corrected file. After 07 days no obligations regarding this will be taken into consideration.

3. Physical Products (Prints, Albums, USB Drives)

Damaged or Defective Items

Any manufacturing defects will be covered by us.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 07 days of receipt with the invoice. We will arrange for a replacement including return shipping costs. After 07 days no obligations regarding this will be taken into consideration.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@photojunction.in or call us at +91 9767881880 with your order details (mentioned on your invoice) and the reason for the return or refund request.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item (if applicable): Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Include your order number and contact information. Shipping charges for this will be borne by you (client).
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 15-20 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable:

  • Deposits and booking fees for photography and videography services.
  • Custom or personalized packages.
  • Packages purchased in sale.
  • Gift cards.
